Order & Payment
- Currently only Cash on Delivery (COD) is available — pay when you receive and inspect the product.
- A correct name, phone number and full address are required to confirm the order.
- The order may be cancelled if you cannot be reached by phone.
- Repeatedly placing orders and refusing to accept delivery may result in future orders not being accepted.
Delivery
- Within Dhaka ৳80, outside Dhaka ৳150.
- Usually arrives within 2-5 working days.
- Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, or transport problems.
